Return Policy

Viona Magnetics supplies magnets to customers’ specifications. These magnets typically cannot be reused in other applications or resold. Therefore no returns are accepted.

We value our customers and pride ourselves on delivering optimal solutions for your applications. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Viona Magnetics, please contact your sales representative to discuss ways to resolve the issues you are experiencing

Damage or defects
If you believe you have received a damaged product, notify Viona Magnetics and the carrier immediately to report a damaged shipment. Save the packaging material and paperwork to help support the process of making a claim.

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact Viona Magnetics to discuss the situation with our team. We may request pictures and more information about the item, or ask that you send it back for evaluation.

Cancellations
Cancellations are permitted so long as the order has not been processed. After the order has been received and processed, the return policy applies.
